It started as one weekend. Matcha Social ran at The Corner House in San Juan in July 2026, then again the week after as Matcha & Pretty Things. Instead of leaving it there, we put it on the road: four stops, three venues, three cities, September through November.

People look for it as a matcha fest, a matcha festival, or just “that matcha thing in BGC”, and all three are fair. Every stop is a full floor of independent matcha makers pouring and whisking on the spot, alongside curated food, beauty and lifestyle brands. Entry is free: you only pay for what you drink, eat or take home.

The stops, in order: Forbes Town, BGC on Sept 18 to 20 with salusalo. The Corner House, San Juan on Oct 17 to 18, back where it began. Forbes Town again for the encore on Oct 23 to 25. Then the finale at Bigger Pictures, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong on Nov 28 to 29. Every date, with hours and directions, is below.

What is Matcha Social?

Matcha Social is Cabana Club’s matcha pop-up tour: a free weekend market built around independent matcha makers, with curated food, beauty and lifestyle brands on the same floor. The 2026 run is four stops across Metro Manila, from September 18 to November 29.

Is Matcha Social a matcha festival?

In practice, yes. People call it a matcha fest or a matcha festival because it is a whole floor of matcha brands across a full weekend. The difference is that there is no gate and no ticket: you walk in, you taste, you buy what you like.

When is the next Matcha Social?

The next stop is shown at the top of this page, pulled live from our 2026 season so it can never go out of date. The four scheduled stops are Sept 18 to 20 and Oct 23 to 25 at Forbes Town BGC, Oct 17 to 18 at The Corner House San Juan, and Nov 28 to 29 at Bigger Pictures Mandaluyong.

Where is Matcha Social held?

Three venues in 2026: Forbes Town in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig; The Corner House at P. Guevarra corner Recto, San Juan; and Bigger Pictures in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong. Every event page carries a map link and directions.

How much are Matcha Social tickets?

There are none. Every stop is free to enter, with no ticket and no RSVP. You pay the makers directly for whatever you order or take home.
